To benefit from the Super Early Bird rate, payment must be received by 15 March 2024. If payment is received between 16 March 2024 - 12 April 2024, the Early Bird rate of €1,650 and 3 for 2 offer of €3,570 will become due. If payment is received after 13 April 2024, then the standard delegate rate of €1,785 will become due. All delegate tickets must be paid for prior to the event, to guarantee access to pre-event communications and to the event itself.

Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] or to the address above. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Where cancellation is received in writing prior to 12 May 2024 any fees due will be refunded. Where cancellations are submitted after 12 May 2024, the delegate registration fee remains payable in its entirety. Substitutions are acceptable at any time. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute a cancellation. Spanish VAT number: N0289078H.
